Matrix Empire fails to provide company ownership or executive information on its website.

Matrix Empire’s website domain (“matrixempire.com”), was privately registered on August 25th, 2022.

Further research reveals affiliate promoters crediting Dustin Mansell as Matrix Empire’s owner.

On October 7th Mansell uploaded a video to his YouTube channel titled “Matrix Empire Review – 1 Platform – 3 Income Streams”. In the video Mansell confirms he “created” the company.

At one point Mansell shows his backoffice, whilst logged in under an “admin” account (click below to enlarge):

Mansell (right) is a prolific promoter of MLM opportunities. Over the past few months he’s pushed out videos for:

Mansell also promoted Weed and Dealers BNB, an 8% a day collapsed non-MLM crypto Ponzi.

According to his personal FaceBook profile, Mansell is based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Read on for a full review of Matrix Empire’s MLM opportunity.

Matrix Empire’s Products

Matrix Empire has no retailable products or services.

Affiliates are only able to market Matrix Empire affiliate membership itself.

Matrix Empire affiliate membership is bundled with a YouTube “ranking” course.

No specific details about the course are provided (content preview, who authored it etc.).

Matrix Empire’s Compensation Plan

Matrix Empire affiliates sign up and pay a $45 monthly fee. Commissions are paid when they recruit others who do the same.

Matrix Empire pays commissions via a 3×10 matrix.

A 3×10 matrix places an affiliate at the top of the matrix, with three positions under them:

These three positions form the first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is generated by splitting these first three positions into another three positions each (nine positions).

Levels three to ten of the matrix are generated in the same manner, with each new level housing three times as many positions as the previous level.

Positions in the matrix are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of Matrix Empire affiliates.

As positions in the matrix are filled, commissions are earned as follows:

  • level 1 – $15 per position filled
  • level 2 – $4 per position filled
  • level 3 – $3 per position filled
  • levels 4 to 7 – $2 per position filled
  • levels 8 and 9 – $3 per position filled
  • level 10 – $4 per position filled

Note that as these commissions are paid out of the monthly $45 affiliate fee, they are paid as long as recruited affiliates continue to pay said fee each month.

Joining Matrix Empire

Matrix Empire affiliate membership is $45 a month.

Matrix Empire Conclusion

Matrix Empire is a simple $45 a month pyramid scheme.

You sign up, pay your $45 and get paid to recruit others who do the same. The YouTube course bundled with affiliate membership does not legitimize Matrix Empire’s fraudulent business model.

In addition to running a pyramid scheme, Dustin Mansell also uses Matrix Empire to build his Text ALN and Against All Odds downlines.

As with all MLM pyramid schemes, once affiliate recruitment dries up affiliates at the bottom of the company-wide matrix will stop paying $45 a month.

This will see affiliates above them stop getting paid, eventually leading them to also stop paying $45 a month.

Once enough Matrix Empire affiliates stop paying $45 a month, an irreversible collapse is triggered.

Matrix-based pyramid schemes typically see only the admin and early participants earn money.

This is typically through one or more preloaded positions, as is the case with Matrix Empire (click below to enlarge):

Whenever Matrix Empire inevitably collapses, MLM pyramid scheme math guarantees the majority of participants lose money.
