How to Train New Distributors
A downline who stops doing the business but stays on to be a customer happens for 3 reasons:
1) They joined to do you a Favor
In this case, just let them be a customer
2) They signed up because there wasn’t much to lose
The cost to sign up may be roughly the same as being a customer
There is NOTHING wrong if a distributor just wants to be a customer and not interested in doing the business.
Don’t make one of these common mistakes which is to make someone on your team feel “inferior” just because they don’t do the business.
If you make them feel this way,
They will stop being a customer and quit.

3) They encountered rejection and got discouraged
To overcome this, you need to do this…
Get Them Into Action Mode ASAP After They Sign Up
You want to get a new downlines to use the Magic Script and into action mode ASAP before they encounter rejection or get distracted.
Don’t overtrain them!
The real value of your team member is their “list”
You want as many people on “their list” exposed to your business before the downline gets distracted or quits.
